Why INIT?

Human beings are, by nature, isolated entities. What everyone knows, can do, or experience is strictly theirs until they open up to share with others. One individual can not explore the whole world and know everything about it. Besides, our lifespan is not long enough to permit us such a quest. And we need this knowledge for our survival. Our very existence depends deeply on the sharing of experiences.

And we know that the biggest challenge of every human civilization is the mastery of its environment. We need to know our environment well to thrive, explore it, and grow through innovation. The best formula we have been using so far and maybe forever more is the sharing of experiences or knowledge.

Stories have been one of the oldest methods of knowledge transmission. It allows older generations to guide the next. This process evolved from simple graffiti in caves to modern animated lessons on virtual screens through oratory art.
